As a foodie, I’m always on the lookout for the next dish to try or the best kept secrets in restauranting. However, I’m also big into cooking for myself and others and in getting experience in the kitchen. I believe the only way to really appreciate and critique food is to do it yourself and really understand what goes into a dish. Here’s a perfect example that should be easy to make and taste great.
